Shoulder Mounts

S-800 Super Pro shoulder mount     $99.00
Camcorders have gotten smaller, but mics and lights remain the same. We searched around for a versatile shoulder bracket that offered a professional appearing and rugged means of attaching accessories to your camcorder without looking amateurish. Includes grip handle, 2 side brackets. Modular design allows you to attach grip either at the front or closer to your chest. One or both Side brackets can be attached, or not, per your preference when you assemble the unit.

S1835 Professional Cam Bracket     $59.95
Heavy duty, professional L bracket is 8 inches tall and large enough for most camcorders with swing-out viewfinders. Shoe mount is adjustable, and top bar can rotate 90 degrees to vertical. Provides a stable, two-handed grip for your camera.

CM-01 Camera adapter for mic stands, $12.95    Base is threaded to screw onto standard 5/8-27 mic stand threads. Camera platform is standard 1/4-20 tripod thread. Intended only for small, lightweight cameras!

Tripod Systems

The best way to improve the image quality of your camcorder is to invest in a good quality fluid head and tripod. Audiences will not count the pixels that your camera puts out; but they will immediately notice camera shake and jerky pans/tilts.
Wheeled tripods (except for heavy duty broadcast pedestals) defeat the purpose of a solid base because they move (even when "locked"). On-camera moves tend to be wobbly, so the wheels offer no advantage.
Improve the stability of lightweight tripods by adding weight to the legs, such as sandbags, battery packs, or even stepping on a rope.
