Don Rosenthal at Nelson Travel...

Good travel agents are hard to find. Fred Ginsburg recommends Don Rosenthal of Nelson Travel for business and personal travel arrangements. He uses him regularly when he flies around the country doing seminars, tradeshows, etc.

Although you can use the computer engines on the Internet for finding fares, those automated services rarely give you all the important details, such as stop-over times & connecting flight logistics, type of plane, etc. And then there are rental cars, hotels, and other travel related details. A good agent checks out the arrangements carefully, and might point out to you that a slight departure delay could cause you to get stuck overnite at an airport because there was only one connecting flight out to your destination.
