Baby Stud to 3/8 Adapter

The Equipment Emporium Baby Stud to 3/8-16 adapter enables you to easily attach a microphone shockmount onto any standard lighting stand to grip accessory.

The 5/8 inch "baby stud" is the common fitting used on the tip of professional light stands as well as lots of nifty "grip" mounting brackets, plates, and arms all used for supporting lighting units in our industry.

The baby to 3/8 adapter fits over this standard tip, and is threaded the same as a boompole, so that your shockmount is easily attached.

It makes it simple to hang microphones on a set, since you only have to supply the adapter and the lighting/grip department has everything else you can imagine in the way of stands, clamps, brackets, and mounting devices!
